Returns will not be allowed without a valid Return Authorization Number. 
If the Product delivered is damaged, defective or underdescribed then you may request a Return Authorization Number within 15 days of the original delivery date. RA numbers expire after 7 days, and we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible. Also, any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected and may be subjected to additional charges.


If in case of no longer needed, change the mind or better price available then you may request a Return Authorization Number within 7 days of the original delivery date. All shipping charges are your responsibility, with exceptions due to the noted scenarios listed below.

All shipping charges would be reimbursed if the package is returned due to noted scenarios listed below.
1.    Correct product not delivered.
2.    Products shipped in error by our store.


If the shipment does not meet the criteria listed above you may select a carrier of your choice to return your package(s). The package is addressed. Please reference the Return Authorization Number at the time of filling out the bill of lading. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation that you can provide to us once the product has shipped.


All returned products are thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 15 business days from the time your product is received.


1.    Products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and shipped securely.
2.  Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
3.   Products labeled with a security seal must be deemed not tampered with and have the seal intact.
Credit is issued after the product has been inspected upon delivery. If the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in the outlined process, a notification will be sent, and no credit will be eligible.


Damaged Goods Policy-

There are instances when the product shipped from our end gets damaged during transit. If your item is damaged or defective, you can return the product within the permissible time window.

We strive to resolve such issues at the earliest and would like our customers to read the following pointers for a smooth resolution:

(i)     Communicate to Customer Service(CS) about the receipt of a damaged product within 36 hours of product delivery (Damages/Defects reported after 7 days are not covered).

(ii)     If product damage is not reported within the specified time frame, getting a redressal(replacement/exchange) will not be straightforward.

(iii)     Do not discard the damaged item or its packaging.

(iv)     Photographic proof is a requisite for substantiating the damage with part numbers and descriptions which require replacement.

(v)     The customer will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return or replace the item (and any related items from the order).

(vi)     The update window after filing the damage complaint is dependent on the shipping carrier(which may take up to 7 business days).

(vii)     Wherever necessary, credit maybe is issued as a percentage of the full purchase price.

(viii)    Product odor is not considered a defect and returns based on this pretext are subjected to return policy norms.

(ix)     In the event of buyer’s remorse (i.e. a sense of regret after having made a purchase), the request for replacement can be denied and the customer may have to incur the cost of return shipment and restocking fee.
