Bread Crumb is the affectionate name given to a young Christian boy by a childhood friend who became one of the most powerful Orthodox clergymen in America. As a six-year-old child on the island of Imbroz, Bread Crumb's life is shattered by terror and religious persecution. In the face of increasing danger, Bread Crumb's father gives his son to the safety of relatives. But before he parts with his child, he leaves him with a dream. They odyssey begins.
