Everybody loves somebody sometime (especially himself): The story of Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis
Actually this book seems to be most of the research for Nick Toshes book. Minus the mob and language. Although you get the feeling that Arthur Marx really knew and liked the subjects he's writting about. Would recommend it to be included in any collectors library.
