Through Adults Teaching Adults (ATA), his consulting firm, Jim teaches and challenges adult instructors to continually improve their practice. Jim works as a child care licensor for the State of Washington where he is often asked to conduct training sessions for instructors in the childcare field. Currently he is teaching English and Writing at Wuhan University, P. R. China.
