He earned his B.S. in Speech and Hearing from Phillips University, his M.A. in Speech Pathology from Wichita State University, and a Ph.D. in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Kansas.Douglas W. King, Ph.D., was a professor within the basic medical program at Washington State University until his death in 2001. He was greatly loved by his students and fellow faculty, and had set up a scholarship program in anatomy for students with diabetes.Dr. Paula Seikel is Training Coordinator and Clinical Coordinator at Idaho State University Counseling and Testing Service in Pocatello, where she is also a clinical psychologist. She has worked as a therapist, supervisor, and teacher for 24 years. Her research focuses on the intersection of neural function, mindfulness, and well-being.
