He served as editor of Human Communication Research, and developed and edited the Sage Series in Interpersonal Communication.John A. Daly (Ph.D., Purdue University, 1977) is the Liddell Professor of Communication, TCB Professor of Management, and University Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. He has served as President of the National Communication Association and on the Board of Directors of the International Communication Association and the International Customer Service Association. He is the author of more than 100 scholarly articles and book chapters, and he has served as editor of the journal Communication Education and as coeditor of the journal Written Communication.
