Bagley is a Professor in the Practice of Law and Management at the Yale School of Management. Before joining the Yale faculty, she was an Associate Professor at Harvard Business School, Senior Lecturer in Law and Management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a corporate securities partner in the San Francisco office of Bingham McCutchen. Professor Bagley received Yale's Excellence in Teaching Award in 2009 and is a recipient of the Senior Faculty Award of Excellence from the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. She currently serves as Vice President of the Academy. The author of multiple published articles, Professor Bagley also wrote WINNING LEGALLY: HOW MANAGERS CAN USE THE LAW TO CREATE VALUE, MARSHAL RESOURCES, AND MANAGE RISK (Harvard Business School Press, 2005) and has contributed to numerous other books. Professor Bagley received her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the Harvard Law School and her A.B. (Honors and Distinction) from Stanford University.Diane W. Savage is Lecturer on business law at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is of counsel to Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, a large national law firm that represents companies across a wide variety of industries and in all major technology fields. A former partner and head of the firm's Technology Transactions group, Professor Savage also served as General Counsel of Adobe Systems Incorporated. Professor Savage currently serves on the editorial board of the Boalt Hall Law Review and the Board of Trustees of Emory University. She received her J.D. from the Georgetown International Law Center and her B.A. from Emory University.
