KASUNIC Frank has been a CFO, Controller, VP Finance, Secretary/Treasurer, a financial consultant, and at times Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and acting President for 25 different companies. These companies have ranged from small startup companies to medium-sized and large companies, and have spanned several different industries. Frank's occupational experience gives him a broad base of knowledge in the following industries: securities, financial planning and consulting, insurance, real estate, transportation, retail sales, agricultural development, and manufacturing. He has proven himself to be a senior financial and administrative manager with the ability to analyze organizations over a broad spectrum, and then determine, implement and achieve results oriented performance objectives. Frank's areas of expertise include accounting, finance, administration, budgets and forecasts, short-term and long-term strategic planning, treasury management, investments, and the management and equity funding of startup and turnaround companies. His accomplishments include managing a turnaround company from an equity position of only $16,000 to over $3,700,000 in three years. He implemented Performance Evaluation and Review Techniques (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM) workflow analyses in a critical audit situation resulting in substantial savings for the company. He then directed an information systems conversion from EDS to IBM. Frank has also engineered an IPO for 10% of a company's stock, and has generated other equity funds utilizing joint ventures and private placements. Frank's professional certifications have included the following: a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification, a Series 7 and 24 Securities License, Health & Disability and Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses, and a Real Estate Salespersons License. Frank has a B.S. (Bus) degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Idaho, an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, and all coursework completed for a Ph.D. in Information Science at Claremont Graduate School.
