I expected more out of these drills. Some exercises felt unclear and didn’t translate well into actual practice. A few also seemed too simple. I was hoping for better value for the price. Disappointed.

Useful but needs more variety
The defensive and conditioning drills are solid, but I wish there were more varied exercises included. My team found some of the drills to be repetitive after a few sessions. Still, it's a decent guide for water polo training.
