This book, "A Comparative Study on College Teachers' Proficiency in Nepal" tries to evaluate the proficiency of teachers working at TU affiliated campuses and TU constituent campuses where the author has tried to critically interpret and suggest the ways to enhance teachers' proficiency, an important area of teaching profession. It also presents the clear picture of Nepali colleges/campuses whether the proficiency criteria are introduced or implemented.
