Gregory Dishon, founder of American Dream Mortgage Company, sat in his well hidden, highrise office a few blocks away listening as he watched the entire exchange between his top producer, Jonathan Franks, and agent Eve Campbell of the NCCOB. Dishon felt he might have to tread lightly, possibly shutting down his operation and reopening elsewhere. Though he never got a close look at agent Campbell, there was something prophetic about the way she carried herself.
