I enjoyed A Good Animal, but I felt it didn't dive deep enough into some of the themes it touched on. The writing was nice, and the story flowed well, but I wanted more from the characters' backgrounds. Still, it was a pleasant read for a weekend!

A Good Animal is such a beautiful novel! The way it explores the bond between humans and animals is simply touching. I found myself really connecting with the characters, and the story kept me engaged throughout. Definitely a recommended read for animal lovers!

Disappointed with the Ending
While I loved the premise of A Good Animal, I was really let down by how it wrapped up. The ending felt rushed and left me with more questions than answers. I had high hopes after the first half, but it didn’t quite deliver for me.
