Land Administrative Corruption (LAC) is one of the most serious problems in current land administration system of China. The authors specifically develop a multifactor analysis method for LAC studies, which argued that the institutional loopholes in the land administration system would unavoidably create corruptive opportunities; while facing these opportunities, officials' decision would be determined by the factors from economic, social and psychological aspects, which presents the uncertainty of LAC occurrence.
