This book offers a really insightful approach to community college governance. The strategies discussed are practical and relatable, which I found super helpful for my role as a board member. It’s definitely a worthwhile read if you're involved in educational leadership.

I was really looking forward to this book, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Some chapters seemed repetitive, and there were a few typos that made it hard to take seriously. I wouldn’t recommend it for effective governance insights.
