I love how this journal encourages women to explore their feelings and thoughts. The layout is inviting, and I found myself writing more than I expected. It has become a safe space for me to express my emotions. Definitely worth it if you're looking to dig deeper into self-recovery.

Helpful but a bit unstructured
I found this journal to be quite useful in my healing process, but sometimes the prompts felt a bit too vague for me. I wish there were more specific exercises or guidance included. Still, it’s a solid tool for self-reflection and I appreciate the effort put into it.

Not quite what I hoped for
I had high expectations based on the description, but the journal didn’t resonate with me. The content felt somewhat generic, and I struggled to connect with the prompts. It didn't meet my needs as deeply as I wanted it to. Perhaps it's just not the right fit for everyone.
