Gerard Julius H. L. M. Chami is a Tanzanian, Protestant Christian married man who was born on January 17th, 1977 in Dar Es Salaam at Muhimbili National Refferal Hospital as the first born to Mr.Julius H. L. M. Chami and Mary Ezra Mlaki whom managed to deliver 5 kids on which 4 are gents and a single lady the last born. He started his education safari in early 1984 from the nursery level and managed to hold a Bachelor of Arts in MassCommunication with a major in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertisng from the Saint Augustine University of Tanzania in Mwanza Region with Upper Second Class and 4.07 GPA. Currently, he is pursuing his Masters of Arts in Public Relations at the same University in Dar Es Salaam College at Msimbazi Mission for Roman Catholic while working as a Government Officer at Prime Ministers OfficeRegional Administration and Local Government (Kibaha Education Centre) as Public Relations, Information and Communication Officer.
