Recoge la investigacin social del proyecto europeo TRIN II, aplicable a la sociedad de la informacin andaluza; proceso de alfabetizacin digital y situaciones de riesgo de eexclusin. Y analiza e interpreta los agentes centrales de la produccin, gestin y socializacin del conocimiento en Andaluca a partir de los criterios de la ley andaluza de la ciencia. En trminos analticos, a modo de tipos ideales, se caracterizan tres lgicas discursivo/motivacionales: en el campo del conocimiento cientficonatural los actores sociales acceden y usan el conocimiento para producir ms y mejor conocimiento. Para la lgica de la economa del conocimiento, la empresa encuentra en el conocimiento su motivacin ltima y la administracin lo concibe como el instrumento prioritario para la creacin de riqueza. Por ltimo, pardesde las redes y los movimientos sociales realizan el bienestar social y la promocin de la participacin ciudadana.
