This Book focused on the case study of Indian Automotive manufacturing company.Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of 45 critical machines have been calculated before and after TPM implementation. Trends of plant production, accident rate, maintenance cost, breakdown, defect and rework have been plotted. It was evidenced in by significant improvement in all the parameters.
