Product Description Acts of Alignment talks of the aspirations and desires of women in higher education in the fields of mathematics and science; of their journey to wholeness and excellence that comes from having the choice and flexibility to create and change their roadmaps at will and thus succeed in a world in which the accepted way of knowing has been different from theirs. This book analyzes womens alignment of their environment, visions, and missions in life. Using the voices of women, this book explores the motivations, competence, and selfperceptions of women and the equality of opportunity afforded them to fully participate in their life and work environments.
