Dieses Buch ist hauptschlich meinen Kindern gewidmet. Es ist eine Zusammenfassung meines bisherigen Lebens und enthlt traurige, aber auch spaige Geschichten aus meiner frhen Kindheit, meiner Schulzeit und den schwierigen Nachkriegsjahren, die wir als Familie berwinden mussten. Die endlose Suche nach etwas, was mir im Leben fehlte, brachte mich nach Dsseldorf. Dann, in den frhen 60er Jahren hielt ich mich zwischen London, wo ich meinen spanischen Ehemann kennenlernte, Paris und Nrnberg auf. Nach einem erfolglosen Versuch, in Deutschland Fu zu fassen, lieen wir uns dann in London nieder.
