Mangelnde Adherence im Jugendalter ist ein wesentlicher Grund fr die Verschlechterung des krperlichen Zustandes von MukoviszidosePatienten. Die Studie hilft die Ursachen schlechter Adherence besser zu verstehen. Hierzu wurden halbstrukturierte Interviews mit MukoviszidosePatienten im Alter von 1723 Jahren durchgefhrt und inhaltsanalytisch ausgewertet. Es wird ber klinisch relevante Einstellungen und Erfahrungen von MukoviszidosePatienten hinsichtlich ihrer Erkrankung und Behandlung, sowie deren Einfluss auf die Adherence berichtet. So wird aufgezeigt, dass Behandlungsmanahmen insbesondere auch mit emotionalen Belastungen verbunden sind. Strategien zur Bewltigung dieser Belastungen wiederum haben hufig negative Auswirkungen auf die Adherence. Eigentlich erforderliche Behandlungsmanahmen werden teilweise ganz bewusst unterlassen um belastende Emotionen zu vermeiden. Als wichtiger Einflussfaktor zeigt sich die ArztPatientBeziehung. Im ungnstigen Fall fhrt sie zu zustzlichen Belastungen, im gnstigen Fall zu einer Strkung der Patienten und Verbesserung der Adherence.
