She writes with an eye for the absurd and a conscience for social justice. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology, teaches writing workshops and was ArtistinResidence at the Noyes School of Rhythm in Connecticut. She lives with her three cats, two sons and one husband in the Brookland area of DC, where she contributes to neighborhood character through her writing, garden and quirky sense of humor.
