Dabei kann es sich sowohl um Formen krperlicher Aggression, die in aller Regel seltener vorkommen, als auch um verbale Aggression handeln, was weitaus hufiger der Fall ist. Oftmals geraten Menschen ohne Vorbereitung in Situationen, in denen zwei differente Standpunkte aufeinander treffen, die jedoch jeweils eine vllig andere Lsung anstreben. Manchmal sind wir sogar selbst Ausgangpunkt der Aggression, weil wir mit etwas unzufrieden sind, sich Aggression angestaut' hat oder wir einfach keinen anderen Umgang mit der Situation kennen und gelernt haben. Von welchem Standpunkt man Aggression auch betrachtet, bleibt sie dennoch mehr oder minder ein Phnomen, dass auch die Psychologie nicht einheitlich erklren kann. Erkennbar ist allerdings, dass Aggression in unserer Gesellschaft einen immer grer werdenden Stellenwert einnimmt. Schulmassaker wie jene in Erfurt oder Winnenden sind der traurige Beweis fr einen eingeschlagenen Trend' der Gesellschaft. Auf der einen Seite sucht man fieberhaft nach Grnden fr diese Entwicklung, doch viel wichtiger erscheint die Frage, wie dieser Entwicklung entgegen gesteuert werden kann. Vor diesem Hintergrund untersucht die vorliegende Arbeit die Entstehung von Aggression zunchst aus psychologischer Sicht, um in Anschluss daran der Frage nachzugehen, inwiefern die asiatischen Kampfknste einen Beitrag zur Aggressionsbewltigung liefern knnen.
