I love the concept of these bedtime stories, and the kids really enjoy the colorful pictures. However, I found a couple of the stories to be quite short, which leaves them wanting more. It still makes for a nice read-aloud session, but I’d prefer longer stories for my 9-year-old.

Great stories but delivery took ages
The stories in this set are very engaging and my kids enjoy them! However, the shipping took longer than expected. I had to wait almost two weeks before they arrived. Still, once we got them, we were really pleased with the illustrations and the content is age-appropriate for my 8-year-old.

Colorful and engaging, but fragile
The Akbar and Birbal books are beautifully illustrated, which is a big hit with my 6-year-old. However, I noticed that the pages seem a bit thin and can tear easily if not handled gently. We enjoy reading them together, but I do worry about the durability over time.
