Am 6. und 7. Mrz 2008 fand das jhrlich durchgefhrte Fortbildungsseminar Aktuelle Entwicklungen im Arbeits und Sozialrecht" statt, das von Univ.Prof. Gustav Wachter, Institut fr Arbeits und Sozialrecht, Wohn und Immobilienrecht und Rechtsinformatik der Universitt Innsbruck, und vom Prsidenten des Oberlandesgerichtes Innsbruck Dr. Walter Pilgermair veranstaltet wurde. Den Auftakt fr die Buchreihe Innsbrucker Beitrge zum Arbeits und Sozialrecht" bildet dieser Band, der die Ergebnisse der Vortrge zu diesem Fortbildungsseminar beinhaltet. Als Schwerpunkt wurde das Arbeitszeitrecht gewhlt, welches mit der AZGNovelle 2007 weitreichende nderungen erfuhr und in diesem Band mit gleich sechs Beitrgen ausgeleuchtet wird. Der Bogen wird dabei von den Grundlagen (Mair) ber die Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung (Burger), die Teilzeitarbeit (Lschnigg), die Folgen von Pflichtverletzungen (HeinzOfner) und die berstundenpauschalierung (Wachter) bis hin zur Altersteilzeit (Hilgart) gespannt. Weitere behandelte Themen sind die Verzahnung von Arbeits und Zivilrecht (Binder) sowie der Alkohol am Arbeitsplatz (Reissner). Aus den Bereichen des Sozialrechts enthlt dieser Band Arbeiten ber die Erwerbsunfhigkeitspension (Baier) sowie ber aktuelle Fragen der Unfallversicherung (Lux) und des Ausgleichszulagenrechts (Pirker).
