Effizientes Handeln, konzeptionelle Planung, Prozeorientierung und Implementierungsprobleme werden zu Schlsselbegriffen des internen Marketings. Kunden und mitarbeiterorientiertes Marketing werden als wichtige Bestandteile fr eine erfolgreiche Unternehmensfhrung erkannt. Konflikt und Krisenmanagement werden als erfolgreiche Modelle zur Bewltigung von Problemsituationen im Unternehmen diskutiert. Doch inhaltlich beschrnken sich diese Modelle auf externe Krisen und Konfliktsituationen und Kommunikationsprobleme zwischen den Hierarchieebenen.
