Ce mmoire se base sur lhypothse que lamlioration du flux dinformation permet de rduire le temps de passage en rseau dentreprises. Une rechercheaction a t ralise afin de dvelopper un systme dinformation interorganisationnel (SIIO) au sein dune chane dapprovisionnement et dvaluer son impact sur la rduction du temps de passage de cette chane. Cette chane dapprovisionnement se compose dun donneur dordres, de ses soustraitants et de fournisseurs de matires premires. La performance de la chane dapprovisionnement a t value par la mesure dindicateurs, par une analyse du flux dinformation et par une valuation des technologies de linformation utilises. En conclusion, les rsultats permettent de mieux comprendre le processus dimplantation d'un SIIO en observant le comportement de ces entreprises. Ces observations peuvent renforcer les chances de succs de tout autre projet dimplantation de TI similaire.
