Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der technischen Untersttzung von Geschftsprozessen entlang der betrieblichen Wertschpfungskette nach Porter. Um diese Analyse durchfhren zu knnen bedarf es eines validen Verfahrens, um belastungsfhige Aussagen darber treffen zu knnen, ob ein Framework in der Lage ist, konkrete Geschftsprozesse zu optimieren. Derzeit existieren nur wenige Modelle (z.B. SLATES und FLATNESSES, worauf in Kapitel 3 detaillierter eingegangen wird), welche dieses Ziel verfolgen. Es ist festzustellen, dass diese Verfahren nicht ausreichen, um eine signifikante Auswahl fr einen bestimmten Anwendungsfall treffen zu knnen. Es wird in dieser Arbeit deshalb versucht die vorhandenen Analysemodelle auszubauen und zu erweitern, um eine mglichst przise Untersuchung zu ermglichen. Als Resultat soll ein neues Analyseverfahren entstehen und dessen Anwendung anhand von Beispielen demonstriert werden. Eine anschlieende Analyse von auf dem Markt vorhandener Frameworks soll zeigen, welche Anwendungen das Potential aufweisen, fr verschiedene unternehmerische Teilbereiche einen positiven Nutzen herbeizufhren und welche Methoden bentigt werden, um Akzeptanz der Mitarbeiter zu entwickeln. Ein nachfolgendes Beispielszenario soll den gesamten Vorgang, von der Analyse der Ausgangssituation bis zur Auswahl und Einfhrung eines Frameworks, veranschaulichen und auf die Kriterien der erfolgreichen Einfhrung eingehen.
