Dieser Prozess erfordert detailliertes Spezialwissen und bindet Expertisen aus verschiedenen Fachrichtungen mit ein. Interaktionsdesign wird dabei als Teilgebiet der wissenschaftlichen Auseinandersetzung mit der MenschComputer Kommunikation zu einer wesentlichen Ttigkeit. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschftigt sich mit der Beschreibung und Illustration jener Modelle und Konzepte, die eine Ausgangsbasis fr die Gestaltung der Interaktion in multimedialen Systemen darstellen. Entscheidend ist, dass sehr viele unterschiedlich Anstze und Mglichkeiten der Kommunikation zwischen Mensch und Computer bestehen. Diese werden innerhalb dieser Arbeit als so genannte Interaktionsparadigmen bezeichnet. Sie legen Art und Weise bzw. Stil der Interaktion fest und sind je nach Anwendungsfeld unterschiedlich. An Hand der Theorien von Wissenschaftlern und anerkannten Experten auf dem Gebiet der HCI wird eine Definition des Begriffes Interaktionsparadigma gegeben. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse bilden in weiterer Folge die Grundlage fr die praktische Umsetzung eines Beispiels im Rahmen eines Design und Implementierungsprozesses. Hierzu wird das von Jef Raskin kreierte Modell der Zooming Interfaces herangezogen. Zur Interaktion werden die Konzepte der Gesture Based bzw. Tangible Interaction eingesetzt, was die Konstruktion eines interaktiven Setups in Form eines kamerabasierten Trackingsystems erforderte. In den folgenden Kapiteln werden die Grundlagen zur Themenstellung genau errtert und smtliche Teilbereiche der praktischen Umsetzung vorge stellt.
