Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage soll insbesondere untersucht werden, welche Datenbanken und welche Software geeignet sind, um ein Vertriebsanalyse und ein CRM System in ein Unternehmen zu implementieren, die signifikante Wettbewerbsvorteile und Wertzuwchse generieren. Anliegen dieser Arbeit ist es explizit, eine SQL Datenbank, die mit Daten aus der SAP Musterfirma IDES befllt wurde, mit der Software Impromtu zu analysieren. Sowohl das Unternehmen SAP als auch das Unternehmen Cognos, das die Software Impromptu vertreibt, sind auf ihren Gebieten Weltmarktfhrer, so dass diese Untersuchung ein bergreifendes Interesse reprsentiert.
