This is a very good work to look at if you just started your MSc (PhD) degree in Biological NMR or you are just using the technique as a structural biologist. The 2D and 3D experiments (COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HNCACB, CBCA(CO)NH, HNCA, HNCO and HNCAHA) are briefly described and the assignment procedure for each one of them as well, so it would be good to read this before going into details. Using this combination of multidimensional NMR techniques, the present study looked at the structure of three different biomolecules, E. coli peptidyl ? prolyl cistrans isomerase PpiB, proinsulin connecting peptide and DnaGC.
