Der Begriff Anarchie gedacht als ein herrschaftsfreier sozialer Raum mit allen Chancen und Risiken ermglicht als Gegenpol zu den an maschineller Beherrschbarkeit orientierten Grundlagen der Informatik eine praxisangemessene Theoriebildung zur Informationstechnikgestaltung: Diskurs versus Algorithmus, akteursorientierte Systembildung und Methodenanwendung jenseits der Beherrschbarkeit werden als innovative Sichtweisen entwickelt und beispielhaft auf die Softwarequalittssicherung angewandt.About the AuthorDer Autor: Ralf Klischewski wurde 1962 geboren. Doppelstudium Informatik und Politik an der Universitt Hamburg, seit 1989 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Arbeitsbereich Angewandte und Sozialorientierte Informatik der Universitt Hamburg, Durchfhrung zahlreicher Forschungs und Beratungsprojekte im Bereich Technikfolgenabschtzung und sozialvertrgliche Technikgestaltung, langjhriges Vorstandsmitglied im Forum InformatikerInnen fr Frieden und gesellschaftliche Verantwortung (FlfF e.V.).
