I was really looking forward to this book, but it arrived with a dent in the cover. It’s a bummer because the landscapes are beautiful and the content is engaging. I hope the next one arrives in better condition!

Great for History Lovers
This book is a great overview of ancient Egypt. The landscape format makes the photos pop, and it’s fun to flip through. I did expect a bit more textual detail about each site, but the images are truly captivating. Would be a nice gift for friends who love history!

Beautiful but Lacking Detail
While the pictures in this travel book are gorgeous, I found myself wanting more context about the locations. The landscapes are stunning, but I thought there would be more information on the civilization itself. Still, it’s a nice addition to my collection.
