AN ENGLISHMANS CONTINUING SEARCH THROUGH SPACE AND TIME FOR A DECENT CUP OF TEA...Arthur Dents accidental association with that wholly remarkable book The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy has not been entirely without incident.Arthur has traveled the length, breadth, and depth of known, and unknown, space. He has stumbled forward and backward through time. He has been blown up, reassembled, cruelly imprisoned, horribly released, and colorfully insulted more than is strictly necessary. And of course Arthur Dent has comprehensively failed to grasp the meaning of life, the universe, and everything.Arthur has finally made it home to Earth, but that does not mean he has escaped his fate.Arthurs chances of getting his hands on a decent cuppa have evaporated rapidly, along with all the worlds oceans. For no sooner has he touched down on the planet Earth than he finds out that it is about to be blown up...again.And Another Thing...is the rather unexpected, but very welcome, sixth installment of the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy series. It features a pantheon of unemployed gods, everyones favorite renegade Galactic President, a lovestruck green alien, an irritating computer, and at least one very large slab of cheese.

I was hoping for more content in this book, but it felt a bit rushed. The previous books had such rich storytelling. This one seemed to skim over ideas. Still, I love Adams' style, so it's not a total loss.

Brilliant as Always!
Douglas Adams does it again! This installment is just as funny and witty as the rest. I can't help but laugh out loud at some of the lines. The humor is timeless, and it's a joy to read!

A Mixed Bag for Fans
As a huge fan of the original series, I was excited to read this. Some parts were clever but a few felt forced. I guess after the first few books, it's hard to recapture that magic. Worth a read, but not my favorite!

A Fun Addition to the Series
I loved reading this sixth part of the Hitchhiker's series. Douglas Adams' humor still shines through, and it's just as quirky and engaging as ever. The paperback format is nice for holding while I read in bed!

Not What I Expected
I thought this book would be a continuation of the story, but it felt more like a side note. Still, it has its funny moments and I enjoyed some of the insights. Just wish it had a bit more depth!
