Diese sollen zustzliche Einnahmen im Hotel erzielen und den Gsten einen angenehmen Ausklang des Arbeitstages bieten. Die Auszubildenden mssen mindestens 5 Vorschlge fr die Abendgestaltung entwerfen. Davon ist eine Veranstaltung das klassische Grillen", das auch ohne Zusatzaktivitt angeboten werden kann. Die brigen 4 Vorschlge mssen folgende Eigenschaften besitzen: In die Abendgestaltung soll ein angemessenes Buffet sowie eine Aktivitt ums Hotel aufgenommen werden. Das Buffet sollte auch ein Angebot fr Vegetarier enthalten und die Speisen zur Jahreszeit passen. Weiter soll darauf geachtet werden, dass das Unterhaltungsprogramm (wenn vorgesehen) von der Kundengruppe selbst durchfhrbar ist. Bei schlechter Witterung muss das Programm im Haus oder in den umliegenden Veranstaltungsorten erfolgen knnen.
