Noch komplizierter wird dieses Problem der Entgeltfindung allerdings, wenn es sich bei dem Entgeltempfnger um einen grenzberschreitend eingesetzten Mitarbeiter handelt. Schnell stellen sich hierbei Fragen wie: Durch welche Anreize lsst sich der Mitarbeiter motivieren im Ausland zu arbeiten? Wie ist der Mitarbeiter zu entlohnen, falls die Lebenshaltungskosten im Einsatzland hher als im Stammland sind? Wer bezahlt die Unterkunft im Einsatzland? Welche Kosten entstehen eventuell durch die Mitnahme der Familie und wer trgt diese Mehrkosten? Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es diese und weitere Fragen im Rahmen von grenzberschreitend eingesetzten Mitarbeitern zu beantworten, so dass verschiedene Modelle zur internationalen Entgeltfindung dargestellt werden.
