Doch nicht nur der Anstieg internationaler Marktaktivitten der Teilnehmer, sondern auch die gestiegene Volatilitt an den Whrungsmrkten fhrt zu einem hheren Risiko. Der Anstieg der Volatilitt ist eine Folge der Spekulationen am Devisenmarkt. Mittlerweile ist das Volumen von spekulativen Devisengeschften um ein Vielfaches hher als das Volumen der auf Grundlage von realen Grundgeschften gettigten Abwicklungen. Jedoch sind nicht nur international ttige Marktteilnehmer von Wechselkursrisiken betroffen. Selbst Unternehmen, die nur im Inland oder whrungsgleichen Mrkten agieren sind hiervon betroffen.
