From the present study, it is concluded that the sediment sample of marine is a good source material for the isolation of potential actinomycetes.Actinomycetes are one of the most attractive sources of enzymes and other bioactive substances of high commercial value. Protease is an enzyme used to cure inflammation in humans which neutralizing the biochemicals of inflammation (i.e. bradykinins and proinflammatory eicosanoids) to levels at which the synthesis, repair and regeneration of injured tissues can takes place. The study has also standardized the growth parameters of the actinomycetes for the maximum enzyme production, which can be effectively used in the large scale production of protease enzyme for commercial purposes.Supplementing with "special" proteolytic enzymes between meals, so the enzymes can enter the bloodstream between meals, and augment the proteolytic functions of our metabolic enzymes.
