Anwendung des Simulationsmodells BAYMO 70 auf die Stadtentwicklungsplanung von Erlangen Die Aufgabe dieser Arbeit besteht in der kritischen Darstellung eines Simulationsmodelles (Landesentwick lungsplanungsmodell fr Bayern BAYMO 70) 1), sowie in der Analyse des verwendeten Simulationsverfahrens hin sichtlich Leistungsfhigleit und Anwendbarkeit auf den Bereich der Stadtentwicklungsplanung am Beispiel der Stadt Erlangen. Insbesondere soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, wel cher Ertrag an praktisch und politisch verwertbaren Ergebnissen fr die Stadtentwicklungsplanung zu erwar ten ist. Nach einer kurzen Darstellung der Systemsimulation wird ein aus Problembereichen der Stadtentwicklung bernommener Aufgabenkatalog in Bezugskriterien um gesetzt, um stadtentwicklungspolitische Mastbe fr die Bewertung des Simulationsmodells zu erholten. Der Darstellung der Grobstruktur von BAYMO 70 und seiner Modellbeschreibung schliet sich die Auswer tung des Basislaufs, dem statistische Daten von Er langen aus den Jahren 1961 bis 1971 zugrunde liegen, zur Interdependenzerfassung an. Anhand verschiedener Simulationslufe wird das Sys temverhalten sektorenweise beobachtet. Hier wird laut Themenstellung das Schwergewicht auf die .Bereiche Flchennutzung, Infrastruktur und Gemeindehaushal t gelegt. Im Anhang am Ende der Arbeit wird das erfate Daten material aufbereitet und die im Modell enthaltenen Parameter ermittelt. Die Aufbereitung von BAYMO 70 (mit Erlanger Daten) zur Implementierung in das In formationssystem SIMA schliet den Anhang ab.
