Las investigaciones recientes junto a las altas estadsticas de lesiones musculares en los msicos, demuestra que el componente fsico debe ser tenido muy en cuenta para formar excelentes msicos, es decir la educacin corporal debe hacer parte de los cambios que debe adoptar las rutinas del msico de hoy, dentro de estos nuevos enfoques la valoracin de Aptitud Fsica debe estar presente. Ahora bien ante la inexistencia de registros de valoracin de Aptitud Fsica en el msico, se plantea la presente investigacin que tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el nivel de Aptitud Fsica de los estudiantes ingresantes a los programas de msica en edades de 16 a 22 aos de los semestres B 2010 y A 2011, se exponen sus resultados como referente local. Ahora bien se considera una propuesta batera de test para realizar la evaluacin de la Aptitud Fsica en Msicos en espacios cerrados, y una gua de ejercicios fsicos para realizar en cualquier lugar, de manera individual y algunos por parejas tanto para el inicio de la sesin como para el final y ejercicios fsicos con actividades ldicas para el acondicionamiento corporal para mejorar el componente cuerpo activo canta y toca en vivo.
