Die Auseinandersetzung mit dieser Thematik stellt eine arbeitsorganisatorische Herausforderung dar. Bei der Entwicklung von Lsungsanstzen ist zu beachten, dass eine Betrachtungsweise, wie sie bei Ttigkeiten der schlichen Dienstleistungen und der Fertigung angewandt wird, fr personenbezogene Dienstleistungen unzureichend ist. Dies lsst sich unter anderem dadurch begrnden, dass der Arbeitsbereich der Pflege, besondere Aspekte aufweist. Auf diese wird im zweiten Kapitel, welches das Konzept der Interaktionsarbeit im Kontext der Pflege vorstellt, nher eingegangen. Zudem werden derzeit psychosoziale Leistungen, die Pflegekrfte im hohen Ausma leisten, bei der Diskussion um Rationalisierung und Rationierung von Dienstleistungen des Gesundheitssektors nicht beachtet. Auch auf die Vergtung wirkt sich das Erbringen psychosozialer Leistungen kaum aus. Aufgrund der genannten Problematiken beschftigt sich die vorliegende Ausarbeitung mit der Frage, ob die analytische Arbeitsbewertung nach Katz und Baitsch (ABAKABA), deren Anwendung auf eine Verbesserung der Lohngerechtigkeit'' abzielt, diesem Anspruch auch im Bereich der Pflege gerecht werden kann. Hierbei liegt der Fokus auf den Berufsgruppen der Alten und Krankenpflege im deutschen Dienstleistungssektor. Daher wird im dritten Kapitel unter anderem die IstSituation der Arbeitsbewertung von Pflegeberufen betrachtet. Anschlieend wird das Konzept ABAKABA im vierten Kapitel vorgestellt, wobei auch Unterschiede zu anderen Funktionsbewertungsverfahren und die
