Laut der Studie Gesellschaft im Reformprozess' der FriedrichEbertStiftung sind acht Prozent der Deutschen der sozialen Unterschicht zuzurechnen, das sind circa 6,3 Millionen Menschen. Angehrige der Unterschicht haben zumeist eine niedrige bis mittlere Bildung, ben oft eine einfache und somit unterbezahlte Ttigkeit aus oder sind in den meisten Fllen arbeitslos. Die Angst ist gro, sozial weiter abzusteigen und den, wenn vorhandenen, Job wieder zu verlieren. Es gibt zu viele, die keinerlei Hoffnung mehr haben, den Aufstieg zu schaffen; sie finden sich mit ihrer Situation ab und arrangieren sich materiell und sozial. Dabei stellt sich die Frage, ob sich eine Unterschicht von dauerhaft prekr oder nicht Beschftigten in Deutschland herausbildet. Diese Frage soll in der vorliegenden Hausarbeit erlutert und analysiert werden. Grundlage dessen sind Definitionsanstze ber die Prekarisierung, den Begriff der Armut und der Arbeitslosigkeit. Anhand der Darstellung verschiedener Grundsicherungsmodelle soll erlutert werden, welche positiven und negativen Aspekte diesen Modellen zugrunde liegen und wie sie miteinander verglichen werden knnen. Ausgehend davon soll analysiert werden, inwieweit die Theorien ber Unterschicht und Arbeitslosigkeit miteinander in Zusammenhang stehen und sich gegenseitig beeinflussen.
