Vielmehr mu eine anforderungsgerechte Oranisationsstruktur, insbesondere zwischen den Bereichen Konstruktion und NCProgrammierung, geschaffen werden, damit der Informationsaustausch optimiert werden kann. In einer praxiserprobten Form wird demonstriert, wie die Situation eines Unternehmens im Hinblick auf die Gestaltung der Arbeitsorganisation analysiert werden kann. Aufbauend auf dieser Situationsanalyse kann daraufhin eine geeignete Form der Arbeitsorganisation ermittelt werden, die sich bereits bei anderen Unternehmen mit vergleichbaren Randbedingungen bewhrt hat. Die gesamte Vorgehensweise wird an einem exemplarischen Anwendungsfall verdeutlicht.
