About the Author Prof. Dr. Reinhard Jung habilitierte sich an der Universitt St. Gallen und ist dort Privatdozent im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, insbesondere Wirtschaftsinformatik. Er lehrt als Assistenzprofessor am Institut fr Wirtschaftsinformatik der Universitt Bern.
