Para su sntesis qumica se usan los mtodos de policondensacin y la polimerizacin por apertura de anillo. Este libro est enfocado en los diferentes tpicos relacionados con este ltimo tipo de polimerizacin, desde los aspectos mecansticos hasta las aplicaciones que se le dan a los polisteres.
