Hotel and Tourism is one of the most flourishing industries in Ethiopia. This industry need competent, well trained and skilled workforce to provide appropriate service to their customers efficiently. The main sources of competent and skilled workforce are Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges. The TVET Colleges in order to produce skilled and motivated workforce for the industry, they have to placed or selected the trainees based on their interests for the Hotel and Tourism sector.
