Fr den Aufbau des Prfungsberichtes gem. 321 HGB bestehen generell keine konkreten gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Die Gliederung muss jedoch den Mindestanforderungen der Pflichtbestandteile" gem. Wortlaut des 321 HGB gengen sowie sich grundstzlich an der vorgegebenen Gliederung in den Grundstzen ordnungsgemer Berichterstattung (IDW PS 450) halten. Die Entscheidung ber die adquate Strukturierung der Berichterstattung ist letztendlich vom Jahresabschlussprfer pflichtgem nach Wrdigung seiner Berufspflichten sowie des Informationsanspruchs der Berichtsadressaten zu treffen. Dabei sind die Gliederung sowie Form der Berichterstattung im Prfungsbericht und dessen Anlagen, soweit nicht sachliche Grnde ein Abweichen gebieten, im Zeitverlauf beizubehalten.
