Das Buch von Martin Retzlaff befasst sich mit einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Risikomanagement bei einer mittelstndischen AG. Dabei verfolgt Herr Retzlaff einen ausgesprochen eigenstndigen Weg: Statt ein einzelnes, hochspezifisches Unternehmen fr seine berlegungen heranzuziehen, formuliert er ein Unternehmensmodell, das typische Charakteristika mittelstndischer Unternehmen im Zuliefererbereich ebenso aufgreift wie hufig anzutreffende Problemfelder. Die Rechtsform der Aktiengesellschaft ergibt sich daraus, dass hier die rechtlichen Anforderungen an ein Risikomanagement hher sind als bei anderen Rechtsformen. An dieses Unternehmen werden diverse Anforderungen gestellt, die sich auf das betriebliche Risikomanagement beziehen. Dazu zhlen externe Anforderungen aus dem KonTraG, Anforderungen aus Basel II und Prfungsstandards der Wirtschaftsprfer ebenso wie interne Ansprche an ein leistungsfhiges Risikomanagement. Auf diese beiden Sulen sttzt sich die Entwicklung eines Anforderungskatalogs, der als Bewertungsraster auf unterschiedliche Instrumente des betrieblichen Risikomanagements angewendet wird und dabei deutlichen Bezug auf unterschiedliche Phasen des Risikomanagements nimmt. Diese Vorgehensweise fhrt nicht allein zu einem sinnvollen Schema fr die Auswahl von Instrumenten fr die Modell AG, sondern bietet zugleich klar strukturierte bertragungsmglichkeiten fr andere mittelstndische Unternehmen.
