Sie haben unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen das Recht, als Zugehrige des deutschen Volkes in die Bundesrepublik Deutschland einzureisen und die deutsche Staatsbrgerschaft zu erhalten. Nach einem verpflichteten Zuzug von Deutschen in die BRD wegen der Vertreibungen, fand und findet also heute ein "freiwilliger" deutscher Migrationsprozess statt. Dieser Prozess ist nicht zu unterschtzen, einerseits angesichts der Zahlen von Aussiedlern (19502005: 5 Mio. Aussiedler) und andererseits angesichts der politischen Herausforderung, die diese Migration fr Deutschland mit sich bringt. Um diese Migration zu verstehen muss man sich ber die Lage der Deutschen in den Herkunftslndern nach den Vertreibungen Gedanken machen; was hat die Ausreise verursacht und ermglicht? Dieser Prozess muss aber auch aus der Sicht des Ziellandes Deutschland behandelt werden; wie hat die BRD auf diese Einreisewillen juristisch und politisch reagiert? Welche rechtliche Stellung hatten und haben die Aussiedler/ Sptaussiedler und welche Eingliederungshilfen wurden und werden ihnen in der Bundesrepublik gewhrt? Hier muss man sich auch fragen, inwiefern die nderung der Weltordnung bzw. das Ende des Kalten Krieges einen Einfluss auf die Politik Deutschlands gehabt hat. Welche Bilanz kann aus dieser Politik gezogen werden? Ist die Integration der Aussiedler/ Sptaussiedler in der BRD gelungen?
