Es wird aufgezeigt, dass sich eine im Kunstunterricht integrierte Ausstellungsarbeit auf Schlerinnen und Schler motivierend bezglich des Einlassens auf weitere fachliche produktive, rezeptive und reflexive Problemstellungen auswirken kann. Am Beispiel der Galerie Treppenwerk am Institut fr Kunstpdagogik der Universitt Leipzig und der Studiengalerie der Pdagogischen Hochschule Ludwigsburg wird beispielhaft veranschaulicht, wie studentische Galeriearbeit effektiv in die kunstpdagogische Ausbildung einflieen kann. Die Entwicklung der Galerie Treppenwerk in den ersten fnf Jahren wird dabei ausfhrlich analysiert und dokumentiert.
